Welcome to Naseeha - Muslim Youth Helpline!

Naseeha, which literally means 'sincere counsel', is a confidential youth helpline for young Muslims. We provide immediate, anonymous, and confidential support over the phone from 6 - 9 pm, Monday to Friday (Eastern Standard Time). Launched in 2008, Naseeha is a telephone support line for young Muslims in North America, to talk about, and work through their issues with trained counsellors.

Our Mission

Naseeha - Muslim Youth Helpline - aims to assist the Muslim youth of North America, in dealing with their unique life challenges. Naseeha provides an anonymous, empathetic and non-judgmental phone-counselling environment, in which callers actively work with young Muslim counsellors, who empower and equip them with strategies, skills and resources.
